§1. General provisions.

2. These regulations present the conditions for concluding transactions by registered and unregistered customers in the www.wildtarantulas.eu store.
3. The regulations of the www.wildtarantulas.eu store are continuously available on the website, in a way that allows its acquisition,
reproduction and recording of its content by printing or saving on a medium at any time.
4. The wildtarantulas.eu store sells only tarantulas (invertebrates).
5. The store wildtarantulas.eu does not conduct stationary sales.
6. The wildtarantulas.eu store does not sell accessories or other products used for animal breeding.
7. You can contact the store at shop@wildtarantulas.eu and via the contact form available on the website www.wildtarantulas.eu.
8. The Seller informs that the use of Services provided electronically may involve a threat on the part of every Internet user,
consisting in the possibility of introducing malicious software into the Customer's IT system and obtaining and modifying his data
by unauthorized persons. In order to avoid the risk of the above threats, the Customer should use appropriate technical measures,
which will minimize their occurrence, in particular antivirus programs and a firewall.
9. Making purchases via the www.wildtarantulas.eu store requires the acceptance of cookies and Javascript by the user's browser.
10. Using the online store www.wildtarantulas.eu is tantamount to accepting these regulations.
§2. Creating a customer account and placing orders.
1. To make a purchase in the online store, the customer can create a user account or make a purchase without registration.
2. By creating an account, the Client undertakes to provide true and current data.
3. After creating an account, the customer receives an individual login and password. Creating an account is voluntary and optional.
4. Ordering is done by adding selected Tarantulas to the basket, selecting the quantity of Tarantulas and then proceeding to the order finalization process,
during which the Customer selects the delivery method and provides the necessary data to complete the order.
Available payment methods:

- other payment methods available in the store
5. The Customer is obliged to make the payment within 7 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement (placing an order).
6. After 7 days from placing the order and no payment has been made by the customer, the Seller does not guarantee the availability of the Tarantulas.
7. After placing the order, the Customer receives an order confirmation to the email address provided.
8. The customer can place several orders within a week, then all orders placed will be packed into one package and delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
In such a case, only the first order should include the choice of delivery and the delivery fee. Subsequent orders are associated only with the cost of the purchased Tarantulas.
9. If the customer does not pay for the placed order within 7 days, the seller has the right to cancel the existing order.
10. The customer has the option to place a re-order.
11. If a customer requires an invoice for purchased products, please indicate this when placing the order.
12. Orders are only accepted via the website or by email.
13. If a customer is interested in purchasing other Tarantulas that are not currently available, it is recommended to contact them via e-mail.
14. If a customer wants to buy a larger quantity of Tarantulas than those available in the www.wildtarantulas.eu store in one order, they should write us an e-mail to arrange the details of the order.
15. If the customer wants to establish regular cooperation with the store, it is possible to prepare a special offer (price of Tarantulas, quantity of Tarantulas, delivery method)
that meets the expectations of the store and the customer.
16. All sizes of Tarantulas are approximate.
§3. Delivery.
1. The store www.wildtarantulas.eu only sends healthy, strong, fed and watered Tarantulas to customers.
2. The store provides professional, safe and humane transport.
3. The store will ship the following week if:
a. all the Tarantulas in stock are too "fat" and shipping them would be too risky,
b. if the available Tarantulas in stock are in the process of moulting,
4. The store only delivers when weather conditions (air temperature) allow for safe and humane transport.
a. If temperatures do not allow safe transport, the delivery is postponed to the next possible date (usually the following week)
b. If the store suspends shipments in a given week due to unfavorable temperatures, it informs about it with a message on the website www.wildtarantulas.eu
5. The store ships orders after receiving payment for the order.
6. The store ships regular orders only on Mondays and Tuesdays.
7. The store has the option of making deliveries on Wednesdays if, in exceptional situations, this is agreed and confirmed with the customer.
8. The store does not ship on Mondays and Tuesdays if they fall on a non-working day.
9. The delivery time of your order depends on the chosen delivery method.
10. The store will make every effort to complete the order as quickly as possible.
11. The store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
12. The store is not responsible for an incorrectly provided delivery address by the customer.
a. the store is not responsible for the quality of products in the event of the customer not collecting the package
b. the store is not responsible for the quality of products if the customer collects the package on the following days after the carrier's declared delivery date
14. The store does not accept animal returns.
§4 Delivery with LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
1. The store www.wildtarantulas.eu provides a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE on all parcels sent by courier or post if the customer chooses the "Global Express" or "EMS" delivery method to the following countries:

2. The LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE is for all parcels shipped on Mondays only.
3. The warranty lasts up to 5 days from the moment of sending the package.
4. The basis for recognizing the LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE is making a video while opening the package (Unboxing video) on the day of receiving the package from the courier.
a. The video must be original, unedited, uncut.
b. The video must clearly show the tarantula that did not survive transportation.
c. The video must be delivered to us electronically within 24 hours of receiving the package (making the video).
d. The store has 7 days to accept the video material.
e. After accepting the guarantee, the store offers to deliver another spider to the customer at the store's expense using any delivery method or to refund the cost of the Tarantula.
f. If there is no next spider in stock ready to be shipped, the store refunds the customer.
g. The warranty does not cover Tarantulas that were added to the package for free (gift/freebie).
